To start, you will receive two appetizers, one with goat cheese and tomato confit, and one with salmon tartare and dill cream.

The appetizer is followed by a delicious forest mushroom soup with fresh forest mushrooms. 

The main course is a wild stew, accompanied by a Carrot and Pumpkin Rosti, Gieser Wildeman poached pear, local fries, and pumpkin hummus.

The dinner ends with a chocolate trio with hazelnut cream.

For this dinner, a suitable red wine has been chosen: the Aristocratico Valpolicella Ripasso DOC.

How is the wild seasonal box delivered?

Upon delivery, an information brochure is included on how everything should be served and warmed up

The box is delivered fresh and ready to serve. The appetizer and dessert are served in a glass. 

You can warm up the soup and main course in your own oven and pan. 

You will use your own dishes and wine glasses!
