To start, you will receive two appetizers, one with goat cheese and tomato confit, and one with salmon tartare and dill cream.
The appetizer is followed by a delicious forest mushroom soup with fresh forest mushrooms.
The main course is a wild stew, accompanied by a Carrot and Pumpkin Rosti, Gieser Wildeman poached pear, local fries, and pumpkin hummus.
The dinner ends with a chocolate trio with hazelnut cream.
