TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Realization of the agreement
Barbecue & Gourmet is entitled to refuse an order with reasons or to attach special conditions to the delivery. If we cannot determine your home address, the order will not be accepted.

Prices and costs
The prices on the website include 9% VAT for an online order and exclude VAT when payment is made by invoice. The prices mentioned on the websites and in the brochure include delivery costs unless an adjusted delivery time is used. The delivery costs are free, provided we can determine the time.

If you want to start the BBQ or Gourmet before 6 p.m., we can take that into account. You can indicate this immediately online in the shopping cart or you must inform us of this no later than 1 p.m. the day before delivery.

Since we will have to adjust something in the route, we charge a small fee for this service.

The times and costs are as follows and you can indicate this in the shopping cart or email us if the reservation has already been made;

The day before the order - from 3 p.m., when all routes are known, we can say what time we expect to deliver. Approximate, because unfortunately we cannot indicate the exact time.

Printing errors, typographical errors and price changes reserved.

Delivery
We try to take the utmost care when receiving orders and delivering the ordered menus. If a delivery cannot take place or cannot take place on time due to a delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.
We do not deliver orders for less than 5 people.

Delivery address and delivery service
You can have your order delivered to your home or to another location. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Orders are only delivered in the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands), Belgium and the German border region. If no one is present at the time of delivery, we are authorized to take the order back.

Right of withdrawal
Your purchases have a cancellation period of 2 days before delivery. This means that you have the option to cancel the order free of charge without any obligations on your part. If the order has already been paid, you will receive your money back within 14 days.
If you want to make a change to your order, this can also be communicated up to 2 days in advance. If the price increases as a result, you can pay the remaining amount in cash to the delivery driver or transfer it via Ideal. If the price is reduced as a result, the amount will be returned in cash by the delivery driver, unless otherwise agreed.
If you receive an incorrect order, you must contact us. The best solution will be found in consultation.

Transport guarantee
All orders are carefully packaged. If you notice any damage during acceptance or before opening your order, please contact us. If you have already accepted/opened the order when you notice the damage, please also contact us.

Complaints and consumer protection
If you are not satisfied with the products or services, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you have a complaint about the delivered order or the service, please contact us as soon as possible. A complaint submitted to us will be answered and processed within 7 days of receipt. The aim of complaint handling within our company is to always resolve any problems or complaints in consultation with the customer and in the best possible way.

Terms of payment
With us you can pay in 3 ways: cash on delivery, in advance via Ideal or with a gift voucher received. This will not be deviated from unless other agreements have been made.

Late payment fees
If payment has not been made upon delivery, an invoice will be sent which must be paid within 7 working days. If you have not paid the amount due on the due date, you will receive a first reminder from us. If this period expires without us having received the amount due, you will receive a second reminder. If, after receiving two reminders, you still fail to pay the amounts owed by you, we can transfer the claim against you to a third party. If legal proceedings arise, you will also be responsible for all costs incurred by us in connection therewith.
